These Terms apply to Namaste Warriors Music at namastewarriors.com\/music<\/a>, including listening, enabled downloads, accounts, and new artist music reviews. Listening and downloads<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may listen through the players and services we make available for lawful, personal, noncommercial enjoyment. Download music only when an authorized download button or link is provided, and follow any license or additional terms shown for that track. Availability of a stream does not itself grant permission to download, rip, or record it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A free or paid download does not transfer copyright. Unless the rights holder separately permits it or applicable law allows it, you may not redistribute, resell, re-upload, sublicense, sample, remix, synchronize with video, publicly broadcast, or commercially exploit the music or artwork. Keep copyright and artist credits intact. No commercial DJ, public performance, synchronization, or redistribution license is included merely by listening or downloading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some download links lead to external services with their own requirements. Tracks and links may change or be removed; ongoing availability or replacement downloads are not guaranteed. Specific licenses expressly supplied by a rights holder govern the permissions they grant. These Terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ownership and permissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Music, recordings, compositions, artwork, logos, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Namaste Warriors does not acquire ownership of an artist’s work because it is submitted for review. You must have the necessary rights in any content you submit or make available, including any samples, underlying composition, recording, artwork, and collaborators’ contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do not submit unauthorized copies, misleading ownership claims, malicious files, or links intended to bypass access restrictions. We may decline or remove content while a rights or safety issue is investigated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New artist music reviews<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The submission form is for music feedback and live review consideration. It is not a submission for release, distribution, a record deal, or ongoing playback on Namaste Warriors channels, playlists, or DJ sets. Reviews express subjective opinions; payment never guarantees a positive review, endorsement, audience size, streams, or career results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By submitting, you authorize us, only to the extent you hold the necessary rights, to access the supplied music link, display your artist name, song title and relevant submitted details, play the music as needed for the requested review, and provide feedback in the live review. A review may appear in the broadcast platform’s associated replay. This permission is limited to providing and retaining that review and its associated replay; it does not authorize unrelated releases, commercial redistribution, or making your song available as a public download. Any broader use requires separate permission or another lawful basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A submission does not replace permissions or licenses that may be required from other rights holders or by streaming platforms. Platform restrictions may prevent playback. Keep links accessible and provide accurate rights information. The current review form accepts listening links, not audio uploads; our published catalog and its downloads are separate services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Free queue and paid priority<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The free queue is offered when open and does not guarantee playback or a review. Paid tiers provide the benefits displayed before checkout: Orbit ($10), join the skip line; Nebula ($15), top of the skip line; Galaxy ($20), skip all skips; and Supernova ($30), two plays plus a live interview. Prices are in US dollars; any applicable additional amount must be disclosed at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priority is applied only after payment is verified. Higher tiers and earlier eligible requests within the applicable queue may affect order. Queue labels describe relative priority, not an exact start time or an uninterrupted full-song play. Session capacity, moderation, technical problems, and host availability can affect timing. The host may open or close free and paid queues separately. Closing new submissions does not cancel existing paid obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supernova requires the additional song information and coordination for the live interview. We will coordinate delivery or a suitable reschedule if the session is interrupted. If the purchased service cannot be provided, the refund policy below applies. Benefits for a purchase are those disclosed when you pay; later changes do not retroactively reduce them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payments, cancellations, and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Review tier purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe through WP Simple Pay. They are not recurring subscriptions. A submitted request, pending payment, or checkout screen alone is not payment confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may request cancellation and a refund before your review begins by emailing namastewarriors@gmail.com with your artist name, song title, and payment reference. We will refund a paid service we cannot deliver; for partially delivered packages, we will resolve the undelivered portion with a proportionate refund or an alternative you agree to. We will also investigate duplicate charges and payment errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the purchased review or benefit has been delivered, dissatisfaction with an honest opinion is not itself grounds for a refund. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported; bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Never email full card numbers or card security codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accounts and acceptable use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Purchases and submissions must be made by an adult or an authorized adult acting for an artist. Do not harass others, impersonate artists, manipulate queues or play counts, scrape or bulk-download the catalog, evade safeguards, or interfere with the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may restrict access or remove content for abuse, rights concerns, security problems, or violations of these Terms. Any outstanding paid service will be handled consistently with the refund terms and applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copyright concerns and removal requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To report material you believe infringes your rights, email namastewarriors@gmail.com with your contact information, identification of the work, the exact page or file URL, and an explanation of your ownership or authority and the concern. Please include relevant supporting information. We will review reports and may restrict access while investigating. This contact is for rights complaints; it is not a claim of registration as a statutory DMCA agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

External services and availability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Stripe, streaming platforms, download hosts, and social networks operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee their availability or control their actions. We may update site features or remove tracks for rights, safety, or operational reasons. Paid services remain subject to the delivery and refund commitments above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Service limitations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We take reasonable care in providing the site, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free playback, or that every external file or link will remain available. Keep your own copies of materials you are entitled to retain. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changes and questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We may update these Terms by revising this page and its date. Material changes affecting future purchases will be disclosed before those purchases; existing purchases remain subject to the terms accepted at purchase unless you agree otherwise or law requires a change. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive nonwaivable consumer rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
