This Privacy Policy explains how Namaste Warriors handles information through Namaste Warriors Music, including listening, available downloads, accounts, music review submissions, and payments. Questions or requests: namastewarriors@gmail.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name or artist name, email address, account details, song titles, listening links, social profiles, messages, review preferences, and rights confirmations. If you purchase a review tier, we keep payment references, the amount, selected tier, and payment or refund status.
Our website and hosting services may log IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages or files, access times, and errors. Listening and download features may record plays, downloads, favorites, and related activity; where you are signed in, activity may be associated with your account. Embedded players and linked platforms may collect their own information.
How we use information
We use information to operate the music library and player, provide enabled downloads, manage accounts and review queues, deliver reviews and related emails, verify payments, handle refunds and support, understand site use, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. A review submission or payment is not permission to add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Public music and live reviews
Artist names, song titles, public music links, artwork, public profile details, comments, and review content may be visible to visitors or an audience. A live review may be streamed publicly, and an associated replay may remain available on the platform hosting the broadcast. Audience members may make their own recordings. Please do not include private information in public fields or review notes.
Contact email addresses and payment details are not intended for public display. Review submissions are handled separately from our published music catalog; submitting a review link does not automatically publish an audio download.
Stripe payments
Payments are processed through Stripe using WP Simple Pay. Card details are entered into Stripe’s payment interface; Namaste Warriors does not store full card numbers or card security codes in its WordPress database. Stripe may provide transaction references, payment status, and limited billing or payment-method details needed for support and recordkeeping. Cookies, analytics, and third-party services
WordPress uses cookies for features such as login sessions, preferences, and security. The site uses Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to measure visits and interactions. Google may process device information, online identifiers, and browsing activity. Learn about Google’s privacy practices and the Google Analytics browser opt-out.
Embedded music or video players, external downloads, payment services, and externally served resources such as fonts may send your IP address and other technical information to their providers. These providers may use cookies and associate activity with an account you hold with them. Their own privacy policies apply when you use their services.
You can control cookies through your browser and use the privacy settings offered by external providers. Blocking cookies may affect login, payments, or playback. Browser settings do not necessarily stop all server logs or all third-party collection.
When information is shared
Information is handled by service providers needed to operate the site, including GoDaddy hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and the music or video platforms you choose to use. Public content is shared as described above. We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate fraud or security issues, or to protect lawful rights. A business transfer may involve records, subject to applicable privacy requirements.
Storage and retention
Review links, submission details, saved reviews, and account records can remain stored after a queue entry is played or archived so we can provide the service, resend reviews, resolve disputes, and maintain records. Archiving a review does not delete it. Payment and refund records may need to be kept for accounting or legal reasons. We retain records according to their purpose and applicable requirements, and deletion from backups can take longer than deletion from active records.
The current review form accepts listening links rather than audio uploads. Music intentionally published in the site’s catalog, downloadable tracks, and media hosted by external platforms are separate from review submissions and are not subject to an automatic 24–48 hour deletion promise.
Your choices and privacy requests
Email namastewarriors@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account or submission. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including portability, objection, restriction, or appeal. We may verify your identity and retain information required for legal, security, accounting, or dispute purposes. We will explain applicable limits when responding. You can also contact your local privacy regulator.
Removing information from this site does not remove copies retained independently by music platforms, payment providers, audience members, or other third parties. Contact those providers about their records.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service can promise complete security. Keep your account credentials and private checkout links secure. Our site and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information if you are under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact us. Purchases and review submissions must be made by an adult or through an adult authorized to act for the artist.
